Meet our Pastor

Reverend Alice Johnson-Curl is a Called and Ordained Minister of Jesus Christ in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). She received the Master of Divinity degree from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary, Columbia, South Carolina. Reverend Alice completed her internship at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Granite Falls, North Carolina. She earned the Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology at Mount Olive College, Mount Olive, North Carolina.

She is currently a member of the ELCA NC Synod Ecumenical Relations Committee, a member of the ELCA NC Synod Task Force on Women in Ministry. Reverend Alice is co-developer of the Pastoral Care Curriculum initiative, Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary.
